How does it work?
Do you know someone looking for a job in the Netherlands? Refer them as a new colleague to Workstead, and once the conditions are met, you’ll both receive €50,- net reward-bonus. The best part: there’s no limit! The more colleagues you refer, the bigger your reward.
How to refer a candidate?
Referring a candidate is easy! Just contact your jobcoach, intercedent or Workstead location and they’ll take care of the rest. You only need to make sure your network knows about this opportunity!
Terms and conditions
- The new colleague can’t have worked for Workstead in the past 26 weeks.
- The bonus will be paid after the new colleague has been employed for 3 months and has not taken more than 3 sick days during this period.
- You must be an active Workstead employee at the time of the bonus payment.
- The reward is paid without taxes, to both you and the new colleague.
- This promotion applies only to new colleagues with a contract that begins between 10-08-2026 and 06-09-2026.
- Workstead staff members are excluded from this promotion.
