Since May 2026, our colleague Rudie van Tuil has been with Workstead for an incredible 25 years! A very special milestone that, of course, could not go unnoticed.
On the sunny terrace of De Wormshoef in Lunteren, colleagues, Rudie and his family came together to celebrate his anniversary.
Over cake, snacks and drinks, everyone looked back on special memories and Rudie’s impressive career at Workstead. From Planner in 2001 to Business Unit Manager for the Central Region in 2026.
Halfway through the evening, it was time for a few personal words from Jan van den Broek.
“Rudie, when I think of you, I think of stability, patience, a great sense of camaraderie, enthusiasm and an incredible amount of industry knowledge. The qualities you had when we first started are still exactly the same today. Every day, you get to work with the same enthusiasm!”
Rudie then took a moment to reflect on the past 25 years:
“It has never been boring here. The time has truly flown by! How have I managed to keep it up all these years? By maintaining a good balance between work and private life. That’s how you keep enjoying your work… You’re certainly not getting rid of me anytime soon!”
